2. Light furniture removal
Chairs, small tables and similar items are moved at no extra cost. We clean around heavy items if they can’t be moved.
3. Power vacuuming
A commercial vacuum removes dry dirt and grit before cleaning, allowing better results and protecting fibres.
4. Pre-spray & stain treatment
Carpets are pre-sprayed to loosen dirt, and stains are treated using the correct solution for each type.
5. Steam cleaning (hot water extraction)
Hot water is injected deep into the fibres and extracted, removing dirt, bacteria and allergens.
6. Moisture extraction & drying

Curtains and drapes are often overlooked, yet they collect dust, mould spores, pet dander and cooking fumes over time — contributing to the same air quality issues as unclean carpets. We clean curtains either in situ using a steam injection method or, where necessary, by removing and treating them separately. Fabric type is assessed before any product is applied.
Sofas, armchairs, ottomans, and other fabric-upholstered furniture accumulate the same allergens, skin cells and bacteria as carpets, often more so, given direct body contact. We clean upholstery using specialist extraction attachments with lower moisture levels than carpet cleaning, as upholstery foam retains water more readily. Drying time is longer, typically 8 to 12 hours.
